How the Lee County Process Works

Lee County Document Preparation allows property owners in Florida to make a Quit Claim Deed easily. They can also include a Florida Property Trust for property protection and privacy.

Our user-friendly online “fill in the blanks” forms will walk you through giving us all the information needed to draft the form that you have requested for your transaction. This form should be completed, signed and returned to us by email, mail, or fax. Upon receiving the request, we will process the documents based on the information provided. We will send out the documents along with the invoice by email, or by mail if requested, to be reviewed and executed by the appropriate party or parties.
Processing and Payment

Processing and Payment

Once the documents have been executed as instructed, the original signed documents need to be mailed to us for recording. Upon receipt of full payment and the original documents, we will file the documents with the proper county’s Clerk of Court. If the property is a timeshare property, a copy of the document is forwarded to the management company to update their billing/ownership records.

After the documents have been recorded, the original recorded deed is mailed to the new owner. At this point, you have successfully concluded the process!
